We can provide a full or part clearance of a property at short notice and at times to suit you.
For a full clearance, we will carry away all removable property, including the rubbish. If you are downsizing or creating some space, we can clear individual rooms and/or collect just a handful of unwanted pieces. Our hard-working team knows that many items may have sentimental memories attached to them, therefore if we find any personal effects which may have been overlooked, such as photographs or confidential documents, we will contact you for instructions or to arrange their return.
There is no limit to the types of properties we can clear; homes (including mansions, high-rise flats, attics and cellars), shops, offices, outbuildings (such as garages and barns), storage units and more.
We try to recycle and donate items to charity where possible as we feel that the original owners would prefer them to go to a new home instead of a landfill site.
We can also offer a delivery service to a new property if there are certain items which you prefer to keep. However, we do not offer a removal or ‘man with a van’ service without property clearance.
Our clearance team works 7 days a week and on public holidays (no extra charge for weekends/bank holidays) and will keep working until the job is done. Payment is made only after the clearance has been completed to your satisfaction.
