We can provide a full or part clearance of a property at short notice and at times to suit you. 

For a full clearance, we will carry away all removable property, including the rubbish.  If you are downsizing or creating some space, we can clear individual rooms and/or collect just a handful of unwanted pieces. Our hard-working team knows that many items may have sentimental memories attached to them, therefore if we find any personal effects which may have been overlooked, such as photographs or confidential documents, we will contact you for instructions or to arrange their return.

 

There is no limit to the types of properties we can clear; homes (including mansions, high-rise flats, attics and cellars), shops, offices, outbuildings (such as garages and barns), storage units and more.   

 

We try to ensure that items have a second use as we feel that the original owners would prefer them to go to a new home instead of a landfill site. We do this by selling usable items on at a cheap price on local selling sites and will allow for any high value items within our quote. 

 

Our clearance team will keep working until the job is done.  Payment is made only after the clearance has been completed to your satisfaction at which point we will email you an invoice allowing 14 days for payment.
